Our friends at Speak About It want to celebrate their 15 year anniversary with EQME and NOA!

On June 19, Speak About It is coming to the NOA dinner to offer a brief workshop on sharing meaningful, inclusive, powerful stories about sexuality and relationships. Then, some SAI educators and staff will share their own stories and invite NOA members to share stories if interested. We hope this is an opportunity for connection across generations and experiences!

The dinner portion of the evening will start at 5:30 PM, and Speak About It’s event will start at 6:30 PM. Please note that June 19 is Juneteenth! The NOA Portland meals are catered by a local restaurant thanks to generous sponsorship from Southern Maine Agency on Aging. This event is free, and there is no cost to attend. If you would like to donate $8 to cover the cost of the meal, your donation is always appreciated but not necessary. There are gender neutral bathrooms and an accessible ramp on-site. All older LGBTQ+ adults are welcome to attend!
