Queering the Woods: Ferns and Plants Walk

MaineTransNet and EqualityMaine’s Network for Older Adults (NOA) are excited to invite you to the Ferns and Plants Walk as part of the Queering the Woods series led by Laura (Grove) Grover with special guest, fellow master naturalist, and fern expert: Anna Dichiara!

Laura Grover, or just Grove, is a Maine Master Naturalist and a lover of birds, plants and all the “freaky little guys” in nature. As an ambassador for queering the world, Grove leads ecology walks in hopes that bringing people together outside will help create community, respite, reciprocity and resilience; all the things needed in order to do the work of building a better, and more animal, world.
